Here at JAJ RECOLL we specialize in the outsourcing of the debt collection function of medium to large sized companies. This involves the complete and comprehensive chasing of debtors and collection of dues from the start to end of the process. We tend to have most of our staff working directly at the clients on a full-time or even part-time basis and we ensure that through adequate monitoring of our staff and coordination of efforts between our onsite and back-office staff we aim to achieve the best possible results and deliver a service which is second to none. AL BERNARDO VICENTE A. NICOLASORA

- Al graduated from the University of the Philippines with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences and a Master’s degree in Management, Major in Public Management and brings with him a total of 26 solid banking career from local and off-shore banks handling Branch Operations, Credit Management, Loan Portfolio Management, and Remedial Management; most of the latter expertise geared toward credit cycle, credit investigation and appraisal, risk assessment, loan recommendation and approval, collection and remedial processes for corporate, commercial and consumer markets. A Licensed Real Estate Broker, Al also handled the maintenance, disposal and selling of the Bank’s acquired assets. Al also comes with his skills in public speaking as he is an active resource speaker for local and international conference organizers. His international exposures include Fleming Gulf and Marcus Evans; speaking on Remedial Management in Malaysia and Singapore.
VICTORIA D. CARLOS
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
- Vicky is graduated from Araullo University with degree in BSC-Major in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Management and 35 years of experience in banking operations both in commercial and international Banks (United Overseas Bank, Interbank, Westmont Bank, Union Bank and BDO). Vicky is an accomplished Mortgage Securitization Auditor and has completed more than 300 Securitization Audit Reports for lawyers, realtors and other financial institution during her stint with Securitization Audit Specialist of California, USA.
ELDREN A. DAGUMAN
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
- Eldren is an Electronics Engineering graduate of Northwest Samar State University and was batch Valedictorian on both his Secondary and Elementary Education. A pioneer employee of JAJ Recoll, Eldren started as Admin. Staff, then Admin.Head, before rising to his current post as Chief Operations Officer. He honed his craft in collections and documentation administration, supervising teams achieve goals and policy directions.
